Trust a true blue Goan to have fun in his or her own intricate Goan style in any setting… just throw in some good music, good Goan grub and you’re set! This was exactly the scene at the Goan food festival organised in the city over the weekend as part of the Goa India
government’s initiative to attract more tourists to the state.

While a live band belted out some nostalgic Goan hits, the guests hit the dance floor with gusto. Even the rising temperature did not deter them from dancing the night away and enjoy the authentic Goan dance forms they were entertained to.

Making their presence felt were Kiran Shantaram who found interesting company in Bharat Dabholkar and Ananya Dutt. Varsha Usgaonkar, who is the ambassador of the state, was in her element as she took to the mike and entertained the crowd of Goa India

Kanchan Adhikari, Gary Richardson and Pooja Missra were seen happily tucking into the scrumptious dinner spread. All this while hosts Dr Suhas Awchat and wife Deepa made sure all their guests were well looked after. Wish you enjoy this new eayr there in Goa India
